High blood pressure – a serious condition that leads to ischemic heart disease, heart failure, stroke, chronic kidney failure and other consequences.

Recipes from folk medicine:

1. First Aid for Hypertension – Vinegar and Water. To lower your blood pressure, soak a towel in vinegar and wrap it around your legs. After about 30 minutes it will return to normal. In general, if the upper limit is no more than 160, it is recommended to keep the feet warm, if it is higher - then cold therapy is appropriate.

2. Medicinal infusion, for which you need 80 g of comfrey roots, 50 g of raw oats and 30 g of honey. Wash the oats well, pour 5 liters of water over them and bring to a boil, then let stand for 4 hours. Then pour this decoction over the roots of the herb and again let it stand for about 2 hours. The tincture is ready, take 1/3 cup, 3 times a day, for 2-3 weeks. This infusion keeps the blood pressure normal and also strengthens the heart muscle.

3. Dry the peel and seeds of one or several watermelons, grind them and take 1 tablespoon, 2 times a day.

4. Grind in a meat grinder 300 g each of raisins, dried apricots, dried figs, walnuts and one large lemon with the peel. Add 300 g of honey to the mixture and leave in the refrigerator. Drink this wonderful drink every day, starting with one tablespoon. But patients with diabetes, gout and acute inflammatory diseases of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract should not use figs.

5. Zisyphora (deer grass),which smells like thyme. It is prepared like regular tea, but the maximum daily dose is 1 tablespoon. It, among other things, calms the nervous system.

6. Pomegranate juice – scientifically proven remedy for high blood pressure. Results of research conducted at the University "Queen Margarita" showed that the regular use of pomegranate juice - 500 ml per day, for 2 weeks leads to a stable lowering of the lower limit of blood pressure.

Keep in mind that pomegranate juice should not be consumed by people with increased acidity of gastric juice, and those suffering from pancreatitis. It is strictly prohibited for duodenal and stomach ulcers.

7. Milk-garlic mixturefor which you need 2 cloves of garlic and 1 cup of milk. Peel the garlic, but do not peel the cloves. Put them in a saucepan, pour the milk inside and let it boil for half an hour on a slow fire. Mix and eat one large spoonful after meals for 10 days, then take a break of 14 days and you can repeat the treatment again.

8. Tincture of garlic with milk – 5 heads of garlic and 200 ml of milk. Peel the garlic, grind it and mix it with the milk. Let stand for 2 hours and place in the refrigerator. Drink one tablespoon at a time for 7 days.
