Plamena Chervenkova is a visceral therapist. He has been practicing for 7 years, conducting holistic and energy-physiological massage and diagnosis of the human body. She is a student of Prof. Alexander Ogulov, who founded the Association of Visceral Therapists and has his training school in Russia. His students now number over 21,000. Visceral therapy, or osteopathic rehabilitation, is officially recognized by the Ministry of He alth of Russia.

Plamena Chervenkova also specializes in perceptual plastic surgery - author's methodology of Dr. Natalia Sokolova. A curious moment in Chervenkova's biography is winning the title "Mrs. Bulgaria Europe" in 2014. She was born in Ruse, and since 2019 she lives in Sofia and helps people who want to be he althy.

Ms. Chervenkova, explain what visceral therapy is?

- This is palpation of the abdominal area with the fingertips, because they are the most sensitive part of the body. This palpation looks for lumps around and in the abdominal organs. Then, with light pressure, without severe pain, it gradually enters the peri-organ space.

First the bile, liver and pancreatic ducts are released and then the organ itself is worked on to start working properly. Normally, with age, organs fall down from their correct anatomical location. Visceral therapy is a massage of the abdomen, which restores the correct anatomical position of the organs, releases lymphatic and bile stagnation, and thus restores the oxygen supply and the proper functioning of the internal organs. The diaphragm is also released. Because its function is not only to facilitate breathing.

Apart from anything else, the diaphragm massages our organs. If the diaphragm does not move enough, breathing becomes difficult and the functions of the abdominal organs slow down.

One of the most important organs for human he alth is the gallbladder. She is a conductor in the human body. When the bile is removed, bone density begins to be lost, pains in the muscles and knees begin. When the bile is obstructed, it makes it difficult for the liver to function. And if we remove the bile, its function is taken over by the liver. And in this case, visceral therapy helps a phantom organ.

What he alth problems has visceral therapy proven to help with?

- Practice shows that visceral therapy helps with constipation, colitis, hemorrhoids, gastritis, ulcer, hernia, problems of the male and female reproductive system, migraine, fatty liver, bladder and kidney diseases, diabetes, skin problems such as thickening of the skin, papillomas, scars, respiratory diseases, gynecological and hormonal disorders, injuries, joint pain, mental disorders. It is also a post-chemotherapy aid.

It should be known that almost all symptoms of diseases are actually cleansing of the body. It tries to get rid of the accumulated "garbage" through inflammatory processes and edema. And in these cases visceral therapy helps again.

What is diagnosis in visceral therapy?

- The person's body is palpated and the painful places are looked for. The path of the innervation from the site of the blockage to the internal organs is traced. For example, stagnation in the bile and bile ducts leads to pain in the right shoulder - the so-called plexitis. If we release the bile stasis, the pain in the shoulder disappears.

The whole shoulder reflects the condition of the liver, and if there is stagnation in it, there will be pain. This does not mean that the person is sick, but that there is stagnation in the internal organs - in the blood, in the lymph. No blood test or imaging can detect disease. But the patient has symptoms - he can't sleep, he has bloating, constipation, he gets angry easily, he doesn't like anything, he has constant complaints.

All this speaks of congestion of the bile ducts. However, when visceral therapy is performed and the bile ducts become passable, a person changes his psyche, emotions, becomes more aware, his skin becomes clearer, that is, all external and mental symptoms disappear.

Tell us about your collaboration with Dr. Vasiliy Chaika

- It is very important to know that body, brain and psyche work in sync. This is what Dr. Vasiliy Chaika's methodology "Body-Brain-Psyche" is based on

Ancillary therapies for this methodology are visceral therapy, placement of suction cups (vacuum therapy), placement of leeches and osteopathic techniques - work with bones and joints. But without working with a person's consciousness, feelings and emotions, no matter how many visceral therapies we do, we cannot solve he alth problems.

That's why I decided to upgrade my knowledge and experience, by three years ago, I underwent training in the "Body-Brain-Psyche" program with the unique Ukrainian-Hungarian doctor - Dr. Vasyl Chayka. I currently have the honor of working together with him at the Diplomatic Clinic in Sofia. In order to fully heal a person, it is not enough just to apply visceral therapy and other complementary therapies, but also to complete the Body-Brain-Psyche program.

He must realize the causes of his he alth problems. We spend a minimum of an hour and a half for this purpose.

When a person comes for a check-up, I first look at their hands, take their pulse, see their blood tests and start asking questions about their lifestyle and recommend he althy habits. If the person resists the therapy, for example, says that they cannot do gymnastics or move for an hour and a half a day, I reduce this physical activity until it becomes doable.

There should be no resistance to the therapy because the brain immediately sends a signal to the body and the event repeats itself. So we first look for the causes of diseases through the Body-Brain-Psyche method, then proceed to visceral therapy. To this we add capillary cleaning using suction cups, a special nutritional and motor regime.

When a person follows all your prescriptions and undergoes visceral therapy, can he recover from severe chronic diseases?

- At least 98% recover because a person learns to live he althily, becomes aware and begins to feel his body. Thus, he knows at every moment according to the algorithm "Body-brain-psyche" what he should do. In such a person, the body, brain and psyche begin to work in sync.
