Reasons:
There are primary and secondary restless leg syndromes.
In the primary syndrome, the disorder is hereditary. Secondary syndrome is caused by anemia, pregnancy, damaged nerves and degenerative diseases of the spine. In some cases, they can be caused by some medicine or consumption of coffee, alcohol and nicotine.
The main symptoms are:
Leg pain
Itch
Unpleasant feeling in legs
Leg Shaking Desire
These symptoms usually occur at night.
How can you relieve the symptoms?
You can stand up and walk in a few minutes. You can also stretch your legs before going to sleep to prevent problems. Another very useful option is a warm bath before going to bed. It is also recommended to do some exercise during the day and practice yoga. Try to avoid alcohol, black tea and coffee.
Tea
Ingredients you need:
1 tablespoon chamomile blossom
1 tablespoon crushed fruit
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ liter boiled water
First boil the water and add rosehip flower and chamomile in it. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then add lemon juice and honey. Mix the mixture well and drink it every day before going to sleep.
Aromatherapy:
Mix 5 drops of basil and oregano with 3 drops of almond oil. Massage your feet with this mixture every night before going to bed.
