On October 27 in Sofia, Desislava Nikodimova and Maria Chavdarova held an intensive course for vision correction according to the Norbekov system. There were more people willing to participate than the hall could accommodate. That is why, especially for the readers of the "Doctor" magazine, we talk about the essence of the method with the two teachers in the remedial courses

Desislava Nikodimova is a former national volleyball player, champion of Bulgaria and France, two-time club European champion, coach. In 2002 - 2006 he graduated from the European College of Holistic Naturopathy SENATE "D. Kiefer" in Paris, and later specialized in aromatherapy, shiatsu, etc. Practicing Naturopath and Aromatherapist. He is currently part of the team of "Norbekov-Bulgaria".

Mrs. Nikodimova, how will you explain the mechanism of action of Norbekov's system for restoring vision?

- The great merit of Norbekov is that he arranged into a practical system for healing the body knowledge and exercises passed down for millennia. At the same time, he selected those exercises whose effect he proved scientifically. For example, he did a blood test before and after a given exercise, registering an improvement in the results. In Norbekov's system there is action. There is very little theory. You can understand why something is useful, but if you don't apply it, it's of no use.

The restoration of vision is the showcase of the Norbekov system, because the results are achieved extremely quickly and are then retained over time. But to explain how and why it works, we need to point out the causes of vision problems.

When we go to the eye doctor, he usually prescribes glasses. And in fact, there can be ten people with the same problem, but with a completely different reason for the decrease in vision. It could be a problem with the muscles that move the eyeballs. Under repeated stress, the muscles in the human body respond by spasming. And those of the eyes too. Blood vessels also respond to stress with a spasm and blood stops reaching the capillaries. Thus, decreased vision may be a stress-related circulatory problem. If the environment in the body is acidic, this can lead to inflammation of the blood vessels and again - to eye diseases.

If a person only looks at nearby and fixed objects, for example the computer screen, at some point the eyes begin to suffer from a lack of movement. Simply put, the eye is a bubble filled with fluid, and it's flexible. Its shape changes when we have to look near or far. If the eyes are loaded in only one direction, the eye can "freeze" in a given position.

All organs and tissues in the body are connected, there is no single functioning thing that does not depend on and affect all others. The eyes are affected by the condition of the liver, and it is affected by the condition of the intestines. In some people, the eyes are not good because they have a high permeability of the intestines. The immune system is activated, attacking bacteria and undigested proteins. At some point, the immune system starts firing because one of the bacteria resembles some body cells. This is exactly what happens with autoimmune diseases. That is why the approach of Norbekov's system is complex, to the organism as a whole.

What do people actually do in rehab courses?

- We are only trainers who show people how to work. But the work of improving he alth is done by the person himself.

The exercises are gymnastics for the eyes, joint gymnastics and imagery-meditative exercises in which we imagine our body he althy, how our eyes see perfectly. Each person has a memory of this he alth in the cells. We communicate with our body through images. And this is part of the things they learn to do in the courses so that the body can understand what we want from it. Through images, the students activate the circulatory system, activate the nerve endings. Yes, part of the nervous system is autonomous, but we can control it through emotions. That is why we must control our emotions and know who is the master - not that we are subject to emotions, but that they are subject to our will.

Maria Chavdarova teaches children a remedial course according to the Norbekov system

Maria Chavdarova: A young man coped with retinal detachment

Maria Chavdarova is an ecologist by profession. He is a teacher in rehabilitation courses using Norbekov's methodology and is an instructor for working with children in the mountains

Ms. Chavdarova, what should people expect from the Norbekov courses?

- The first healing level works in ten directions. One of them is eye exercises and vision correction. Another direction, which also affects the he alth of the eyes and the whole organism, is working with emotions, how to manage them through the body. Here is the role of the upright posture and the smile, as well as the development of the imagination. When a person wants to restore his vision and the full functioning of all organs, the first step is the management of emotions - the ability to quickly enter from one state to another, to get rid of doubts and fear and pass into a state of calmness, balance, joy, inner strength.

Of all 52 fundamental discoveries in biology by scientists during the existence of the Soviet Union, two were Norbekov's. One is for the membrane-bound acetylcholinesterase, which circulates through the blood to the cells and tells them what the internal state of the body is. When a person is cheerful and happy, the cells function optimally. But if a person feels oppressed, sad, insecure or experiences anger, aggression, if a person forgets himself in his hectic everyday life and allows himself to be guided by circumstances, all this is communicated to the cells. As a result, the cells become hard, the permeability of the cell membranes decreases, the flow of useful substances and the removal of toxins from the cells decreases accordingly.

During the healing courses, people learn to manage their emotions, clear the negative ones and keep the positive ones inside. By itself, the methodology does nothing, the specific person does - the one who is ready to move forward. Each person has a huge strength within himself - the inner faith, joy, love that each of us carries. However, when he develops and unfolds them, they bear fruit in his life. One of those fruits is he alth.

What is the healing power of a smile that you constantly remind the students of?

- The main key to mastering the emotional state and hence to he alth is the posture of the body and the smile. These are the things that begin to be practiced on the very first day of the healing course.

Do all students manage to improve?

- Each of us can achieve it, but each has its own rhythm and pace. Some get results faster, others slower. But everyone has this opportunity. However, there is a catch. Many people repeat to themselves: "I want to be he althy". But with this, they give their body another message: "I'm sick, I'm bad." That's why it's important to set specific goals, see every improvement in he alth, every glimmer of improvement in vision and build on it. At a children's course, a girl cried on the fifth day that during the classes her vision improved, but in her everyday life she did not have these results. It turned out that there was no specific purpose. We talked and found out that he plays the piano and that in a few months he has to appear in a competition abroad. The girl has already set the specific goal of this music competition not just to take off the glasses, but to be able to play by recognizing the notes without glasses and to bow to the jury and the audience with a completely clear vision. After setting this specific goal, she outscored the entire group with one day of the course remaining. This girl two months after the course, continuing to do the exercises, of two and a half diopters has achieved perfect vision, established by examination.

There was a young man about 24 years old with 7-8 diopters, a detached retina and degeneration of one optic nerve. He wanted a very quick result, but he had not set a specific goal either. Only after he shared with us about his project and did the exercises with the idea of realizing his dream project, the young man achieved a result. After a month and a half, I found out from his sister that he only had a diopter and a half left to deal with and that he had forgotten all his other eye problems - the retinal detachment and the degeneration of the optic nerve.
