This is a sufficient period in which to prioritize your will, especially the desire to be slim and energetic. In this case, I offer you a wonderful 3-day cabbage diet.

Cabbage is a low-calorie product that contains many vitamins, minerals and plant fibers (intestinal stimulants) needed by the body. This is the reason why all diets based on the consumption of the vegetable are considered highly effective in the fight against excess weight.

During such diets, any variety of cabbage (Brussels, cauliflower, etc.) can be taken, but fresh white cabbage is usually recommended, as it has the lowest calorie content (about 20 kcal in 100 grams of product).

The calorie content of sauerkraut is even lower - only 19 kcal. Therefore, once every 3 days you can replace the fresh with sour.

It is good to drink no less than 1.5 liters of water or green tea every day. You can diversify the menu with different fruits of your choice, the only exception being bananas.
