Other indicators are also measured, which are determined by laboratory methods - for example, the level of sugar and cholesterol in the blood, the content of calcium in the bones, and others. SBP (systolic blood pressure) - measured using a blood pressure device - on the right arm, in a sitting position for 5 minutes. For example, when measuring blood pressure three times in a row with an interval of 5 minutes, you obtained the following results:

The systolic reading is the first digit. The smallest of the three is taken, i.e. 125. And you put it in the formula in place of SKN.

PAD (breath hold duration). It is measured three times with an interval of 5 minutes using a stopwatch. The largest number measured in seconds is taken into account.

SB (static balancing). It is determined as follows: you stand on your left foot (without shoes) with your eyes closed and your arms down. This indicator is determined without prior training. Measured three times using a stopwatch at 5-minute intervals. The best score in seconds is selected.

BP (pulse blood pressure). This is the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure. We will explain how to do it. For example, with three measurements at 5-minute intervals, you got the following numbers:

We turn them into fractional numbers with the numerator being the systolic blood pressure and the denominator being the diastolic blood pressure. The lowest readings are taken, in this case they are 125 and 70. The difference between them is 55. This is the pulse blood pressure. You put this number in place of the PKR in the formula.

COH (subjective assessment of he alth). It is obtained using a survey of 29 questions. For the first 28 questions, yes or no answers are possible.

Answers "yes" to questions 1 to 25 and answers "no" to questions 26 to 28 are considered unfavorable. If you answered yes, you already have reason to think about your he alth and be do full medical examinations.

You can answer the 29th question of the survey as follows: "good", "satisfactory", "bad" and "very bad". One of the two last answers is considered unfavorable.

After answering the survey questions, you need to calculate the total number of unfavorable answers - it can range from 0 to 29. What you got as a result goes into the formula to determine your biological age at the location of SOZ.
