"Partnership for He alth" becomes a permanent working public body under the Ministerial Council for making he alth policy. He will challenge every real step in he alth care reform. This forum will be attended by representatives from trade organizations, through the pharmaceutical industry, to patient organizations, who will nominate their vice-chairs. The chairman of "Partnership for He alth" will be the Minister of He alth, Dr. Petar Moskov.

“The purpose of the forum is to make meaningful changes on behalf of the patient, not lobbyists. The guarantee for this is the dialogue between all interested parties and maximum publicity. I, as the chairman of this council, will not tolerate general talk, but to clearly state what is accepted and what there are objections against, with a specific justification , Dr. Moskov explained the goals of this public council.
