Can there be a summer without salads?! It is especially mandatory that they be present in the menu of those who are watching their weight. Green salads are tasty, appetizing, and rich in "living" vitamins. Experiment as much as you like with cabbage, cucumbers, onions, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, apples, pears.

The special salad diet is an exception. It consists of components that we cannot live without all year round. The diet is calculated for 2 weeks.

During the first week, 30 minutes before breakfast, drink a glass of water with lemon. Next is a fruit salad of apple, pear and orange, covered with yogurt with 1% fat.

For lunch and dinner, make a salad of all kinds of vegetables, without potatoes, and season it with lemon juice and/or olive oil. During the day, you can drink a liter of ayrian, preferably from low-fat milk.

In the second week, the menu is the same as in the first week, but for lunch you can add 100 g of lean meat. During the diet, you can drink green tea and water with 1-2 slices of lemon. You can eat a bucket of low-fat yogurt or up to 1 liter of non-s alted ayran. To keep hunger at bay, drink more water with a few drops of lemon juice added to it.
