The "Mission He alth" exhibition gathers over 80 exhibitors in the Prince's Garden (next to the Monument to the Soviet Army) on June 2, 3 and 4 in Sofia. These are manufacturers of he althy products and services, pharmaceuticals, biocosmetics, nutritional supplements, biofoods. "He alth facilities also participate - hospitals, polyclinics and laboratories," explained the organizer of the exhibition, Georgi Tabakov from the Bulgarian Economic Forum

At stand 19.2, "Doctor" newspaper will present books from the "Doctor's Library" series: "5000 golden recipes for your he alth", "Top diets for weight loss", "Psychology of diseases" and others

The greatest interest is traditionally caused by the free preventive examinations and consultations, which this time are offered at 20 stands in ten areas of medicine.

"The examinations are mainly for socially significant diseases - explained Dr. Ivan Vetsev from the National Patient Organization. – We also focus on vaccine prevention. We have accepted it as a cause and believe that parents and children should be adequately informed about vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases. That's why we chose to show them what germs look like under a microscope and where they most often accumulate on the hands."

In one of the tents of the National Patient Organization, during all three days of the exhibition, eye examinations by five doctors for the most common diseases - cataract, glaucoma and macular degeneration.

Friday (June 2) is the free hepatitis C and HIV tests.

On Saturday (June 3) a huge turnout is expected for the free thyroid screenings. Therefore, an organization is made with registration in the tent with numbers and times for examinations. Sunday (June 4) focuses on diabetes - blood sugar tests and he althy eating tips.

For the first time, "Mission He alth" is organizing a wide sports program for adults and children. On Sunday, a 5 km run is planned in Borisova Garden, which starts with a warm-up by a fitness instructor and ends with dancing together with the graduates of Diva Dance School.
