And it is absolutely impossible for them to get anything done before lunch. As the evening approaches, however, they become more active to live up to their name of night birds. They literally come to life in the evening. When the larks are already fast asleep, the owls are in their whirlwind. In the wee hours of the night, they develop projects, draw sketches, and with such ease, it's as if they don't even notice that it's night outside. This is their time.

People belonging to these two types should consider where to place their bedroom according to their inner rhythm. For example, it is suitable for larks to sleep in eastern rooms to feel the caressing rays of the sun in the morning. And for owls, the western bedroom is ideal, so in the morning it will be dark in their room and they will be able to sleep until later, if they have that opportunity, of course.

Pigeons - such are the majority of people

Their biological clock manages to quickly adapt to some externally imposed rhythm. Well, one or the other type may prevail among them, but in principle they have no problem synchronizing.

It has been established that it is good to follow our biological clock as much as possible, because that way we will feel happy for longer. And if you can't adjust your schedule so that this is a fact every day, then at least spend the weekends as your body dictates.
