The truth. Plant milk cannot fully replace the usual, normal animal milk. You can use vegetable milk, sometimes it is even useful, as some types are enriched with vitamins and minerals. It is best to drink all kinds of animal and vegetable milk, so your diet will be balanced.

The truth. This is an outright fallacy. Cellulite occurs when the subcutaneous fat tissues stop receiving the necessary nutrients. And this most often happens when blood and lymph circulation deteriorates. Excess weight, high-calorie products and a sedentary lifestyle - these factors primarily contribute to the appearance of cellulite, but not milk.

Myth four. Milk increases the production of mucus

The truth. And that's not entirely true. There is no evidence for such a claim, but sometimes doctors believe it. In modern medical practice, there are cases when pediatricians advise parents to exclude dairy products from the child's menu in case of diseases of the respiratory tract.
